I do not want to lose my love for blogging.
Yesterday was quite lovely. Nothing bamshazam. crazy or anything like that took place but at least I got to hang out with my friends. I ACTUALLY hung out with my friends. MY friends. I went to katipunan with Almero and Roa to see Roa getting her hair done and even shorter. It is such a beaut getting along and bonding with your first college friends outside your own university and into the openness of somewhere else.
We arrived at Regis. I saw Mia and she told me that "she" was there. I said who was "she." Mia pointed at a direction where I saw my friends. I could not believe in my very own eyes. They were there and it was real. My vibe quickly shifted. I rushed and stood in front of the window, hoping one of them could get my attention. I then went inside and hugged each of them. It was incredible. This was not planned nor a mere coincidence. It was something more.
I parted ways for I also wanted to hang out with Almero and Roa. However, it was not too long before I got back to Mia, Corinne and Bless. It did not feel like I have not met them for ages but more like....I can't explain it. More like comfort has replaced the moment of missing them when I saw them. Exchanged talks and small laughs. I knew it was time for me to go. For me at least. I knew it was time for me to bond with my other friends. The reason why I was in Katip in the first place was not to bond with my Carlies on a spontaneous date, though it could have been great, but to enjoy the solitariness with my block mates.
I went back and I already saw Roa's hair on the floor. It was a lot. I waited for the outcome. After that, we went to Roa's house. Free food = house food, I mean how can you say no to that ? Almero and I took a bite on the soft and delicious red velvet cupcakes. Funny, how I was craving for it around this week. The cream cheese icing was scrumptious. It gives you this sweet and happy sensation around your taste buds. You will want to have more but hahahaa, the sugar and ahahaha. Freshly baked apple pie, oh my first time to try. IT WAS GLORIOUS. HOME BAKED DELICACIES ARE JUST GLORIOUS.
We chilled at Roa's bed room after that. Her bed was very relaxing. It sucks you completely and brings out your laziness in you. We talked and bonded. It was happening. There were no akward silences or whatsoever. We were basically telling whatever we felt like talking. It was good. It was great. Dinner set our final goodbye. I went back to UST safe and sound.
Quite a thrilling thursday, dont you think ?
