I did my standing broad jump at home..i kept on jumping jumping thn u knw wat happen??..i almost fell flat..n sprain my leg..right now..i think i over do it..soo my right leg kinda hurt...my furtherst for now is 170cm==" not good enough..later im gonna do SIT-UPS i have to practice>__> im quite nervous..=DD
